Drolet Residence

This project involved adding a complete third-story extension featuring a primary suite, ensuite bathroom and lounge opening onto a rooftop terrace. Behind the clean architectural lines, the project required major structural work, extensive roof reconfiguration and a complete overhaul of the plumbing, heating and ventilation systems. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop terrace with pavers on pedestals complete a bright, open living space that integrates seamlessly with the existing building.

This project involved the full addition of a third floor, comprising a primary bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, and a living area opening onto a rooftop terrace. Behind the clean lines lies significant structural work, a reconfiguration of the existing roof, and a complete rerouting of plumbing, heating, and ventilation. Full-height windows and a paver-on-pedestal rooftop terrace complete a bright, open new living space seamlessly integrated into the existing building.
